I have had this 2011 Ranger for 7-8 years now and finally got around to replacing the little rubber bumper for the rear of the front door, which mounts to the front of the rear door (say that three times fast). It just gives the front door something to limit the motion inward when you're closing the door (other than door seal). I first tried to find an exploded parts diagram from Ford but what Ford makes publicly available really stinks. At least the ones I have found did. I figured ordered from Ford it would probably be $10 little round piece of rubber anyhow.
After some more searching I found them various places including fleaBay. I feel rather stilly for taking so long to replace it as it was cheap $6 for four of them with free shipping. It looks like Ford used this same 'door donger' on a lot of vehicles so perhaps I'll find uses for the other 3. Anyhow just wanted to pass it on in case anyone else had been looking for them. No connection to seller, they just had what I wanted. I installed it today and it looks like the original and works fine. I'll take a picture of it installed tomorrow and add to the post, so you know what the heck I'm talking about.
