So I’ve been using my airco dipstick 160 for all my heavy welding. And a few years ago I bought a Hobart handler 140. Well I started to really dislike the Hobart. And it never burned hot enough for me. Plus I’ve always wanted to have a tig welder for doing precise welding. So I finally sold my Hobart. And bought a multi process machine. I was looking at the new line of Vulcan Welders. But I couldn’t bring myself to drop over 1k at the local hazard fraud. So after much research. I purchased this. https://www.everlastgenerators.com/product/mig/powermts-211si-tig-package

I will update when I receive it. And put a few hours on it.

I've heard good things about the Everlast welders, I'm sure you'll have good success with it.

I went with the Titanium Unlimited 200 and ended up with a Titanium Mig 175 as well, I've been liking both but I've only ran flux core on both of them, haven't gotten a bottle yet...

I bought an everlast 201 tig a few months ago. I needed a smaller welder to keep in the truck and didn't wanna spend 6 grand on another miller for something that will only get used once in a while.

I wasn't expecting much but Im fairly suprised how well it works. The real test of an IGBT welder is its durability which I cannot comment on yet but it does weld fairly good.

Nice... that warranty probably would have sucked me in. Hopefully they actually stand behind it for 5 years. That's the #1 reason why I'd never recommend Horrible Freight welders... a 90 day warranty on a $700 machine is absurd.

I don't like the direction HF has gone with a lot of their new products. Used to be that it was cheap, maybe/probably did its job for a short period of time and you didn't feel bad when it kicked the bucket... now their quality has gone up a little bit, there is a lot of blatantly false advertising and the product costs 10x more. I miss the old days.

Finally got it today. Gotta say. I’m impressed.
