I got a tiregate on my 91 i built and now looking to get fiberglass bedsides. And my tiregate bolts to the inside of the bed sides by the taillights there pretty much just like the tailgate would bolt on with a piece of angle. I guess my question is if i get fiberglass bedsides am i going to lose that metal there with the angle is bolted to ?? Cause i dont think i would bolt that to the fiberglass with the weight on it. i can get pics if that would help.

No you should not loose any of the inner bed at all. When I did mine I used a grinder to grind the spot welds off to leave the inner bed completely intact. The problem you will have is once the steel bedsides are gone you will lose a lot of support so you will have to brace the inner bed a little bit. The fiberglass bedsides will probably need trimmed around your tire gate mounts but that is minor.

theres how it bolts on ill get a pic of the whole thing trmw if anyone would like

you could search around for pictures of different bedsides and installs others have done. i just did that on google myself so i know that the answer to your question is out there. you can cut out the section of fiberglass that you need gone to mount your tiregate, just make sure to mount the bedsides adequately above and below the tail light to prevent it from flexing too much and cracking.
