Fender bolt torque specs?

Just had to take my fenders off just enough to get to the rain channel exits. Had to flush them out. What are the torque specs for the fender bolts? I can’t find that information in my Haynes manual.

What size are they?

M5 screws - 7-8nm
M6 screws - about 12nm

Or tighten until they feel as tight as when you broke them loose. ?

It's a fender... not something that requires breaking out a torque wrench.

As long as you say "That's not going anywhere." after you tighten it, it will be fine.
