Fat Bob's Garage Spacer lift blocks - anyone fitted them?

I don't have them but basically you remove the nut that retains the bottom of the coil spring, let the suspension droop down, and install that spacer between the axle beam and the coil spring itself. If the bolt is then not long enough to go through the spacer, you use a stud extension like mentioned on the site.

A jack directly under the lower control arm will help keep things from getting to exciting.

Thanks guys I got the springs out yesterday and the bolt relatively easy (thank **** for california trucks) but the nut is too short so I need the extension so I had to bolt it all back up.
