I would be very cautious if it has a 5.4 3 valve in it.
 
It Powerstroke turbo diesel I don't really know anything about them. It way to pricey for me plus I don't so much like the 4-door I prefer extended cab/supercab/cab plus. Based on specs for that model it's most likely 6.0L.
