I loved the Castle doctrine when I first read about it. This town isn't horrible, but it sure as hell isn't crime free. That's why I always have a crowbar next to my driver's seat. i had a tire knifed last christmas eve, about 25 other vehicles in the trailer park also got a tire or 2 cut. ive considered filling my tires with propane or actetlyne on the outside chance that if it happened again, maybe one of the b@stards would happen to be a smoker (and be smoking at that time) he'd mever do that again! but im not sure of the effects of actenlene or propane on rubber, dont want to give myself a blowout (or blow-up)

I didn't want to just give up my complete 7.5" rear with 3.73 gears, but that's not the one that really pissed me off losing. The one that pissed me off was the D-60 because I still have it's matching front and I've been looking for a project to put them in. Plus I just found out that to get a used D-60 locally from a junkyard (if you can find one) is $1,000.....

had to be more than just one person involved, i pulled the rear axle from a S-10 blazer to save and that small light-duty axle is really heavy, cant imagine moving a D-60 by myself.

Show up to his door, there's also repo laws in Canada, basically states you can enter onto someone else's property with the intention of recovering your lost possessions, provided that you can confirm that thebposession is in fact on that property, and the recovery doesn't require you to break into anything (ie no kicking down doors, cutting or picking locks)

The other stipulation is that if the person who is incharge (owns, ect) of the property you are entering shows up, they have authority over the situation... (can kick you out) however I do believe in the assault section I quoted above there is mention of repossession...
