Does anyone know if the front wheel hub assemblies from a 2000 F-150 will fit on a 2000 Ranger? Are the ABS sensors the same? Do the axle splines fit in the F-150 hub?

No. The axle splines are very very different (F-150 axle nut is only 13mm), and the flange pattern to bolt to the knuckle is a different size.

Welllll NUTS that blows that idea out of the water. Thank you though for the info.

Well, a 2000 F-150 did have the larger axles (missed the year), but the flange pattern is still drastically wrong, and I'll bet the axle shafts of the 150 are much bigger.

What hair-brained idea were you having?

Thinking it might be easier to redrill my exsisting stuff to 5 on 135mm so i can get the 16x10 wheels i want to put on it. i will have to redrill the rotor and hub flange and i should be fine, and since i am going to school to be a machinist that shouldn't be much of a problem to figure out

Derrick:

You are going too need adapters (aka spacers). The flanges on the hubs are less than 6". On 5 x 135mm; with 1/2" bolts, that leaves you <0.1" of metal between the edge of the bolt hole and flange edge. If it doesn't crack when you press the studs in, it would on the 1st pothole you hit. (I was hoping to do this myself as I had a next to new set of 17" tires on F-150 rims but I couldn't do it safely. Spacers just added cost/complexity, so sold tires to my bro').

Thank you for the input there Don.....looks like i will just have to either go a different route there (ie. different axles) or just settle with the 16x8 rims from that company
