Extreme shaking front end

So, I recently put 31's on my truck and also cranked my t-bars a little. Also, I have had to tow my truck as well by strapping it to a jeep and having the jeep pull it. My truck is not on during these fun towing adventures . I steer while my dad pulls. After we fix whatever the problem seems to be. My front end will shake rather violently when going over bumps and when turning corners. Do I need a steering stabilizer? Or is a wheel bent? I have no clue. Any ideas.

you did get an allignment after the tbar crank. also check all steering components like bj and tie rods.

I did not get an alignment but goodyear checked for free when I got new tires and they said it was well within Ford's specs.

As it turns out, my power steering lines needed bled.
