So, I want to bulid some arms for my 97, has the skyjacker 6" on it and drops hardly any. I know how to weld and all that. Just kind of worndering about the adding camber? How does one go about finding the camber angel? I know it's the angel of ball joints/knuckle. Allso what do you do to add/subtract camber, make the arms longer/shorter?

Also is trussing a ttb worth the time/metal? I really wish I could just go sas but I have a lot of extra ttbs laying around and can't bring my self to buy another axle till I brake the ones I have.

I'll assume you're asking about the caster angle, since you mentioned it in regards to extending your radius arms (camber is the tilt in/out of the wheel itself).

What I did with mine was set the axle so that the part of the beams where the radius arms attach are "square" with the ground (garage floor, etc.) at ride height and then mocked up the radius arms so that they would maintain each side in this position. This should provide you a caster angle of approx 5° at the knuckle, and you can use the adjustable bushing to add/subtract about 2° as needed to dial in your final alignment.

Trussing/reinforcing the beams can never hurt, though depending on how you plan to use it, you may only need minor reinforcing in certain areas, or a large truss that runs across the full face of the beam w/knuckle gussets.
Being you mentioned this in lieu of a SAS (assuming you're not building it into a speed-runner), I'd say boxing in the backside of the passengerside beam is all that's needed (I've seen a couple crack right where the factory welds on the beam end). This should be sufficient for most trail & crawling uses (add a bolt-on diff skid to it too if needed).
I s'pose the full-face brace could also help prevent a bent beam if you accidentally strike a large rock or tree stump at ~10-15 MPH or so, but if you're careful about stuff like that, I'd say don't worry about it.

Brinker88 is building a nice ttb setup. Might want to wander over there.
