exhaust system 96 on a 91

Hey y'all quick question on the headers and I pipe i have a dude local to me that is selling a borla exhaust off a 96 4.0 and id like to put it on my 91 4x4 I'm pulling the heads due to white smoke on the exhaust since I'm at it I'd like to swap to headers.


Can anyone confirm the cross over?

Should fit I think, you may have to plug one O2 sensor bung though... '91 probably only has one, '96 would have two.

Won't that cause the O2 to only read one side of the engine?

No cause I there is only 1 02 sensor at the y pipe by the cat. So it reads the collection of the two. Im waiting for the full front pictures so I can compare I'm pretty sure they will fit.
