Essential jobs...

I'm in the pizza biz... people need to eat. Employees need paychecks. I offer probably the best value there is in the pizza world... and I have a system that offers ZERO contact to get your food. Sales through that avenue have over doubled this week... people seem to like it. We have been deemed essential.

Glad things are working out for you.

It's nowhere near "Normal" but... sales are up over last week. I see a glimmer of light.

Another glimmer of light... the CARE act and the Payroll Protection Program (PPP) finally opened up yesterday. It has to be applied for through a SBA lending institution and our bank opened the application process yesterday. We are in pending status until contacted by our lender.

I haul milk off a dairy farm. Its been business as usual except i have less traffic to worry about.

Wife is a vet tech, so we are both set for the duration.

<----- See picture.

I install seamless aluminum gutters. Absolutely not essential, still have to work.

However, nobody wants to spend big bucks on gutters at a time like this so we have just about 1 day worth of work left -_-

I am still working and my job is considered "essential business" and I have to be there. I assemble vacuum systems for hospitals and it has been nonstop overtime where I work and probably be on overtime for quite some time until the coronavirus dies off.

Hey guys and girls,

The company I work for builds and maintains plow, roadwork, and garbage trucks. We're considered essential. My "office" is about 600 sqft so it's easy to stay 6' away from my coworkers. It's hard to take this seriously when your day to day doesn't change. The only noticable change has been the traffic. I'm almost jealous of people who stay home, I have a lot of stuff I need to get done around the house (some of which involves the Ranger). Stay safe, stay home, and wash your hands.

I work for a sanitation company that serves the county's rural residents. I'm stationery all day at 5 different locations throughout
the week, my office being a garbage truck with a recycling trailer in tow. There are quarters in the trailer equipped with a microwave,
an HVAC system, a decent sound system and a video system with four views. Interesting to watch the lack of interaction, that
up until a couple weeks ago, was what people did, being a small area- lots of folks know each other... I have had a lot of them
say they are glad we are still on the job. I can only imagine the mess we would have to deal with after this is over if we weren't. So, the service is essential, I'm not. But very grateful to still have a job, and will show up
until told I'm told not to. So far, out Governor has made the choice not to shut down. One of the few holdouts I believe. But
our state plays a huge role in keeping folk's belly's full.

IT prod support for the largest hospital system in Indiana... definitely essential, but have been working from home for the last month.

Looks like we’re all a part of a mixed bag of nuts. I’m glad most of you guys are staying busy and the rest have other things to keep them busy. Stay safe out there.

Can you find Jim's missing ammo? Apparently, your co-workers won't take it to his house.

Unfortunately Jim’s ammo would be sorted at DFW and then sorted again at his local facility. I’m in Southbend IN...
