After cleaning all the mud from the truck for an hour, I did some inspecting for damages. The front driver tire is going to need replaced soon for there are some big cuts and chunks in the sidewall. Also some bump stops for the front is a must. Kept bottoming out the shocks. And a few dents and scratches in the sides. Most of the damage is to the bed sides.

Looks like it would be worth the money to go up there. Personally I wouldnt leave any mud hole untouched and have a bed full of mud by the end of the day. I could only hope my truck could make the journey back and forth. Right now getting mine ready for hunting season.

Here is the scratch/crease in the rear fender. Hard to tell in the picture.

Now she has character. Maybe rinoline the bottom edges and wheel wells? She going to get her fair share of marks and dents being a trail truck.

I am looking for ways to get more flex from the rear. I still have the overload in the leafs. Should I or should I not remove them?

pull them and see what happens, the worst thing is you may have to put them back in although I doubt it.
Also maybe do the 63in swap

How about shackle flip with arched 63's?
