After 5.0 swap, I have driven approximately 15K miles and now have a very serious but intermittent miss.
1996 Ranger, '99 Explorer 5.0
Codes are P0443 and P0453, all searches say it should cause drivability issues.

Any thoughts?

Those are just EVAP codes. Did you hook up all the fuel tank lines and purge valves properly? That's what those codes are all about. I only see a possible lean miss reported with the code p0443.

I had a typo in my first post, my research showed there should be NO drivability issues with those codes. It still missed and bucked.
With only 15K on the plugs and wires, the plugs (NGK) were in terrible shape. Changed out to Motorcraft, new wires, and both coils.
The coils were out of spec, the new ones within specs. so I changed.

She runs smooth again. No misfire codes???
A few months ago, I had a coolant sensor issue where it was flooding the cylinders with fuel, maybe that caused premature failure?
Thanks for your comments.
