Here are some periods, you can borrow them for your post

..........................................................................................................................................................................................................................

Have you checked the plugs/wires?
Checked compression?
Whats the fuel pressure at?
Any vacuum leaks?
Replaced the fuel filter?
Tested the TPS (Throttle positioning sensor)?

Yeah sounds like it might need a general tuneup.

Sounds like a grounding out spark plug wire, or bad coil. Maybe it jumped time.

Plugs and wires are new.
Last time i checked it was good ill do it again.
Into sure of fuel pressure, will check
How do you check for leaks on the vacuum?
I havent replaced fuel filter yet.
How do i test the TPS

what should the timing be ill check it

i just put new plugs and wires not to long ago ill pick up a coil, cap and rotor, how hard is it to do the cap looks like it might be a pain since its sits under the intake

It can be a bit tricky, but can be done with basic tools.

I don't remember if I had to pull any of the wires, but I do remember setting the old cap and new cap side to side and swapping the wires one by one to make sure I got the firing order right.. But not an issue if you know where #1 is and have the firing order with numbered wires. A lot of aftermarket aren't numbered though. But possible to change with the intake still on there.

Timing should be at 10*. make sure the SPOUT connector is disconnected and the engine is warm. The spout is on the passenger side of the intake manifold kinda below the Idle Air Control Valve.

Plugs, wires, cap, rotor and coil. Check timing after.

i changed everything you said here i changed one of the fuel filter but i have to change the other (i didn't see it till after i put the other one on)
its still act like it not getting spark of fuel when i give it alot of pedal

And it's not throwing any codes? Checking for vacuum leaks is easy. Spray starting fluid or equivilent around the hoses and whatnot. If the engine revs, you have a vacuum leak. Maybe check the compression. The second post is what I would do. Check that all are in working order, though i doubt the TPS is at fault.
