Engine cools off when running heat


Turns out stupid me had the thermostat not seated properly in the housing. The cab of my truck is like a SAUNA! And it seems to be idling better. Thanks to all that took the time to reply. Feel free to call me a moron :yahoo:

The smartest people in the world got that way from making the most mistakes.

I oiled the new brakes shoes I install my first car, so they would stop squeaking, a 1954 Willys Overlander, my first car was a 4x4, anyway they stopped squeaking :)
And I thought all the smoke was pretty................lmao
8 new brakes shoe later I had learned something new, oil works on squeaky door hinges but not on squeaky brakes.
