I’ve tested my egr valve and it seals fine, it also opens fine so the diaphragm works, the Dpfe sensor is next on my list. Anybody know how I can test it, and if I replace it should I go aftermarket or oem? I noticed the oem was plastic which cracks when hot over long periods of time.

Make sure the EGR pipe is not clogged. Take it loose, it should leak exhaust profusely when the engine is started.

I can assure you it is not clogged, I’m %90 certain it is the Dpfe sensor, however the oem one is $80 new, so I don’t want to replace something that isn’t broken.
