The PCM's are linked to their Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN). If you know your vehicles VIN, Ford will tell you which PCM series to use; also applicable to having them flashed.

ALSO,
If you happened to mistaken buy a 93-94 PCM for the California Emission system, I will take it off your hands ..)

They usually list if the are Fed or Cali. Of course they did do that on the list I posted.
