My heat will only work on driver side and not passenger side.

has anyone run into this issue? It can be set on dual or single still then same thing.

tell the passenger to man up and deal with it. if said passenger is your wife, you might be able to go some place in peace and quiet as she will not tolerate your cold truck :)

If I were to guess, one of the ducts in your dash came unhooked or a blend door is broken. time to start taking things apart

Since you have a 2020, I would take it to the dealer and let them have the headache of figuring out why it isn't working right. Since I have a 2019 with a single system, I have nothing to look at in order to help you out. I do have a 2019 Service Manual, however. So, if I have some down time at work, I can do some digging and see if there is anything in it that can be helpful.

EDIT: I also have the electronic troubleshooting manual. If I find nothing in the Service Manual, I'll check that and see if IT has anything that can help. I would still take it to the dealer since it's under warranty.

Are you getting any DTC codes? It would help pin point the problem better if you do. They would begin with a B or C and be 8 digits long with a colon before the last two digits. Example B11E5:11

That will give me a pinpoint test to go to instead of spit balling it.

So, right now, possible problem sources.

-wiring, terminals or connectors
-temperature blend door actuator
-temperature blend door is binding or stuck
-Front Controls Interface Module

Once I get home I can attach the proper list of things to check.

Thanks for your trouble shooting opinions.

I think it has to do with he blend door. I reset the control module /update.

I will need to take it in and have them do their thing.
