I have been chasing a vibration under hard acceleration ever since I did my transmission swap. I found some of it was my driveshaft was a hair too long and it was bottoming out so I had it shortened two months ago. I pulled it out again last night and noticed the yokes were not clocked exactly the same.

Looks like a shy 5.5 degrees off.

The confusing thing is the first driveshaft I had made when I first did my V8 swap was off more and didn't vibrate under hard accell so I don't know if this would really be my problem.
It is just a single piece telescoping driveshaft, no carrier bearing.
Is there a spec how far out it can be?
Getting kind of old, I have been to two shops for a total of three times and there has been something wrong every time...
