me about $700 this year to get my sticker (not including the actual sticker that is $80 this year up from $75 last year)...
Head replaced + $400 +
Exhaust system repaired + $100
Test + 50 (first test)
Diagnostics and second test + 166...
The truck still did not pass...so they allowed me a Conditional Pass meaning that I can only get my sticker on the Condition that I'm a good boy for two years...
This also does not include the $50 I just spent to get a relay and all assorted parts to install it...only to find out that the air pump I used is not working...seems to have lost its desire to assist my truck...
The good news is the truck is running great and sounds much better with the connector pipe fixed and in place...those danged spring bolts must not be winter bolts because I tried twice to get them on right and they would not tighten properly...
Get my sticker tomorrow...
And now I have a mess of parts and oil spills that need to be cleaned up...but I'm celebrating the event with a couple of beers
and a big thanks to my friend for helping out with the cost and putting up with my mess...
Oh, and thanks to God for keeping this within my reach...God is awesome~
