ok hope this is right place to post?? sorry new to this forum

here the information
1995 Ford Ranger XLT 4X4 Automatic PW/PL Keyless Entry W/Security

ISSUE(S)
the keyless stopped working, no more "security light flickering every few seconds, cannot program my remotes to test them, but that's not issue.

WHAT I have done so far
replaced ALL fuses inside and outside (even large 30,40,50 amps)
replaced ALL relays even under dash a bulk of them,
replaced all bulbs through out truck inside and outside.
I pulled GEM module out removed cover (yes previous owner has cut out chime.
replaced ALL switches in both D/P doors (door ajar, light, and security),
removed battery cables both NEG/POS over night and for 30 minutes

what I have NOT done
replaced GEM
replaced RAP/RKE

QUESTION needed answers to
it seems the GEM should be replaced with same numbers as is in the truck now (F57B-XXXXXXX-XX) YES?? or NO??
also does the RAP/RKE need to be replaced with its same numbers as is in the truck?? YES?? or NO??

it seems ONLY Mazda trucks and Ranger trucks of the 1995-1997 will/should work YES?? or NO??

been racking my brain and my google finger (yes i type with one finger on each hand) are killing me

Thanks again for any help this newbe can get

Robert

That user hasn't been online in over 2 years. Odds if them coming back is pretty low. Good luck.
