My credo
The perfect is the enemy of the good.
Check these stones. She got fentanyl after they stitch the patch on shaved area. Good since, with special food and distilled water. She couldn't pee she would have died.

Same thing happened to my daughter's dog a few month ago. She was visiting her sister near Boston with the dog. Had gigantic stones for a small 25lb dog. In hindsight there were some mild symptoms for a couple months but one finally got lodged and that was it. They did a great job in surgery up there and a change in diet will hopefully prevent it in the future. Now we know the symptoms if it does happen again.

Glad they caught that one. Those are huge! I swear I have more fondness for dogs than people. She's on the mend, that's what matters.

Happy dog
