dodge outer ford D44

I have a 78 D44 high pinion. I can get a set of Dodge outer flat top knuckles. Then I can put high steer arms on. Will this work? I know that I need the spindles and calipers and hubs. Anything that I might be overlooking?

Nope, grab everything from the knuckles out and use the dodge stuff.
