Djm I beam issue

Did you buy them from DJM or an authorized distributor? If so why haven't you contacted them already? That's the first thing I would have done.

heres a pic of the lower ball joint in the beam.

On mine the dust boot doesn't fit flush to the bottom of the beam, there is a small portion of the balljoint showing. As long as the entire assembly is tight, and it's the same on both sides, it's a non issue in my opinion.

Silly question here...have you tried tightening the nut? That will pull the balljoint higher into the beam..

As long as its tight and you can get the cotter into in it I don't see a problem.
