disciplerocks's B2 build thread

Found what I needed. F250 front shaft, and a slip yoke from an Excursion or Expedition (don't remember). Guess now I can shove some of these others in the corner.

i have and could find most of what i need for a doubler cheap to... probably have enough to make it work since i got a friend that does driveshafts for me cheap.... lol

but i don't think i'd ever use it for my mall crawler

And acquired a SOHC motor today. Not mine, but its for sale and its in the corner for now too.

I have to say this has been the most inspiring build I have ever read, it took me 5 days of reading when I had the time but I just finished. I'm amazed by the incredible work you did with just that bottom tier welder and pipe bender! A few paychecks from now, I'm gonna buy that welder and bender and other supplies and start getting things done! You are also a perfect poster boy for the TTB! I wheel with jeepers who always hate on it, but I'm gonna show them some pictures of your rig!

They quit making those usable on any good stuff. Read the fine print.

Looks like it will still be good for the one thing that I want.

Bunch to do today to get ready for Turkey Bay Sunday. Install new u-joints and get the front shaft in, reinstall overloads, reweld rear axle, and try to install new winch.

I know you will be ready:icon_thumby::icon_thumby:

The only thing I NEED to do is install the front shaft.
