Maybe an inch at best? All in all I don't think it dropped much at all. Ya those explorer rads are huge. But the good news is, I don't see my truck over heating with it either.

Ha ha very true! You could go crawling through Mohave desert with the AC blowin and not have to worry!
My truck only sank a inch or so too. I like the heck out of it! I need to straighten my track arm out a lil though it's hitting my pitman arm on right turns. Then I'm gonna install a O2 sensor so I can fine tune my carb like DG did!

The closest thing my truck will have to AC is OBA.

Also got the driveshaft to the shop today so hopefully it will be done in the next couple of days.

Sweet man, looks awesome. Can't wait to see ya drive it. Make sure to get video of the first cruise around the block, hehe.

I have every intent on recording the first drive. Lets hope it goes smooth.

28 spline 8.8 spider gears are not really any stronger then 7.5's.....but the case has less deflection/distortion.

if you swap in a 8.8, i suggest to make it one from an explorer.

its pretty entertaining to watch these things.
