dana 35 locker help

i put a detroit ez locker in the front of my ranger. the problem i am having is from a stop acellerating there will be a clunk in the front like it is slamming in and out. i pulled it apart today and looked at every thing and dont see a problem. had 2 bad u joints on the right side so i replaced no help. sounds like it is in the left side. i have a 4.56 gear, 37" tires, and a decent built 302. when i take off it starts out loced, but i think it is unlocking and locking???? any knowns????

Radius arm bushings good?

Radius arm bolts tight on the axle?

has new bushings, and all bolts are torqued to spec. thanks already checked. i read in tech library that i need a round pin, and mine is notched i think that is it but not sure
