cracked frame again


The upper shock mounts collect stuff like dirt and salt and trap moisture. The frame rots right there and you would be surprised how thin you frame might actually be right there. If you combine this with improper length shocks, it easily explains why it is cracking there.
not so much in cali away from the ocean like that.i would def. mock it up and see if the setup is causing it.

the truck could have been rear ended at some point or other accident damage.
 
the rear section of ranger frames are only mild steel so welding it correctly wont realy do much harm. i am i-car welding certified so i think i did it right. all three cacks are at the closest 10 inches apart.
