Best to your aunt. Lost a 90-something great-aunt a while back, the family had been planning the funeral for some time...... just kinda how it was going to turn out.

Got one more great-aunt in her 90s, emails once in a while. Pretty amazing for someone who grew up in a farmhouse with no running water, or electricity for that matter. The first radio they had, my grandad made it by hand.

My 90 year old aunt has been in a nursing home for a while. She contracted Covid so she was sent out to a hospital. She's finally back at the nursing home.

She doesn't want to eat or drink now. We know at this point she's going to eventually die. Not from Covid, but simply because her body is worn out, and she's simply slipping away.

She will most likely get labeled as dying from Covid.

My grandfather pretty much did the same thing after chemo. He had a feeding tube installed and refused to eat anything. He claimed that nothing tasted right, it tasted rancid, etc. He survived for a while because of the feeding tube but it was tough to watch him slowly fade away.

my wife works in a senior facility.
the no visitors policy is/has caused many accelerated deaths because of broken or lonely hearts.
old folks that don't see their loved ones just give up on living. whether or not they are healthy.

We often talked about what it would have been like for her with no visitors, would have been hard on her, and us

Covid Vaccine shipments are being guarded against sabotage?

WTF???
Why would someone want to ruin a vaccine, never even occurred to me

I can see highjacking some to sell to highest bidders, that's just capitalism at its basest form, but sabotage, where is the profit in that?

it wouldn't be for monetary profit, the current political climate should make that obvious.

Well profit doesn't have to be monetary but there still needs to be a "profit"/gain for any action or why bother, not sure how disrupting vaccinations would effect politics at any level

Because the vaccines contain mind control tracking chips that turn you into a democrat and give you AIDS so they must be destroyed to protect our freedom and safety.
