Today I was told that Copper plugs if regularly changed offer better performance/spark over platinum or even iridium? :icon_confused:

FALSE!

People think that copper has lower resistance than platinum, it gives better performance. Where they go wrong is your talking effective series resistance
of 10-50 milliohms for copper, 400-600 milliohms for platinum. This isn't going to make any difference at all, when you already have 1000's of OHMs in series resistance in the plug wires!!

So, you can't do any better than using the recommended Motorcraft double platinum or fine wire plugs!!
