Cooling fan removal on 2000 4.0

I am having trouble getting the fan off of the engine. The shroud says RH Thread, is that as viewed from the front of the vehicle or from the driver seat? Can the tensioner and belt be removed already or does it have to still be on?
If anyone has any tips or directions, they would be greatly needed and appreciated.
 
Autozone will lend you the tool for that...lefty loosy righty tighty...lol
 
I use the bottle cap on - bottle cap off method! :icon_thumby:

From the front of the truck.

Leaving the belt on will help.

I hope your not installing an electric fan! Boob Ayers might have an opinion about that!
