Hi I just bought a 93 ranger and it the power steering doesn’t work. But I’m not sure if it even has power steering from the factory, and if it doesn’t how hard is it to retrofit it yourself. I need some advice please and thanks.

Not hard to put on. You will need the gear box, pump, lines, bracket, and belt, which is basically the whole system, but there aren't massive differences to the engine and vehicle between ones that have it and don't, once you collect all the parts it will be a bolt-on affair.
