Computer Calibration Code

Got a big favor to ask. I need the calibration code from a 1995 4.0 liter thats either an automatic or manual. there are about 12 different options to choose from and i dont know which one to get. the sticker looks like thisand is found on the door jam:

its the numbers on the bottom left. i really need this or the ranger wont run. thank you. the code i have is for a 3.0 liter

the only thing I can offer you is the engine calibration codes from a 97 4.0 The only difference is mine is obd2 and yours is obd1.

7-85T (this is where yours says 5-56F-R00)

F7AE-6E061-TCB(this is where yours says F5AE-6E061-MAZ)
