Is your truck alignable? If yes, no need for RA drops, if no then yes you need 'em.

my front dshaft hits the ra xmember at anything offroad...on road its fine, but it hits even with sway bars connected

yes,you'll need 2, one for each side. Those are the adjustable ones.
