Code 86+89

I am getting a code 86 and 89 on my 88 b2. I have checked all of my vacuum lines. They all seem to be intact. Could it be something else?

Also can I just plug the vacuum line that hooks to the air box and the line that is under the throttle body to the charcoal canister? Or would that throw off more codes. Thank you everyone

I think you are right. My truck is looking for a transmission that is not there
