Hello i know this has been around but i have replaced every single sensor and have 170 compression all plugs are within ohm spec and wires as well. Timing is in spec. Fuel injectors are all 17.3 ohms the rail gets perfwct pressure both pumps are new as well as filter amd yet always rich cant drive long distance or on freeway without horrible sputter if someone has had this id appreciate the experiance

Besides high fuel pressure, which you checked, the guy in the book says it could be a saturated evaporative canister, a defective canister purge valve, a defective PCV valve, or contaminated engine oil.

I bypassed charcoal canister fumes right to intake that didnt make a difference hooked up or not amd the pcv also made no difference hooked up or not i do however have a lot of hissing when i open my gas cap no matter what i do or dont do

ok, that's a clue that sounds familiar.
years ago I would get issues with the evap stuff on a Taurus. tank hissed,
turns out there is a restrictor orifice in the line that got plugged up. it looked like a short tube or splice.
this one was near the evap solenoid, no idea where it may be on a Ranger.
not a for-certain, but something to look into.
