Clunking or popping is the best way I can describe what's happening. I can actually feel it in the the steering wheel a lot more than I can hear it. Happens at all speeds, when accelerating and slowing down, and on smooth and bumpy roads. Not as bad in the morning, becomes very noticeable in the afternoon and evening for some reason, and it happens constantly. Ball joints seem fine. Upper control arms and stabilizer bar links replaced in Feb. 2015. Everything seems tight when I jacked the truck up and checked. Also, I just changed all the shocks (this model doesn't have struts) and it definitely became more noticeable afterwards. Any help in diagnosing this would be greatly appreciated.

Check your torsion bars.

I have a similar problem that occurs when the truck is warmed up. It's sounds like something creaking/rubbing and happens solely on the front driver side. I suspect the shock is too old(roughly 50k old) but I'm not certain if that's the problem.
