Clunking and Smacking sound when i turned on the defroster that stops when i turn it off?

Would that be my blower motor? Its Saturday and i got other things going on so i just turned it off and called it a day.
The sound is only when the i turn on the defroster. I haven't tried the ac yet.

I will definitely do that and see what happens hopefully the ac is all in working order.
I just had a radiator put in the day or so ago so that may have something to do with it.

If it does end up being the fan, it is replaced via the engine bay on the passenger side instead of the normal under the dash. Depending on the equipment your truck has, the job can involve removing stuff to get at it, or it may not. It's not the best setup but it's the one Ford has had for a good while in most, if not all their vehicles.

Thinking about having a mobile mechanic come out and diagnose the problem for me. Its a Sunday not sure if it would be worth it. I could always wait till another day.
