Chopped Top B2 on Wagoneer chassis

Thanks Bobby, I actually need to pick up another winch for a different vehicle soon.
As for the vehicle wiring, the project is already nearly wrapped up. For a basic setup, something like the Speedway Motors 22-Circuit Harness is the most budget-friendly path if you want to keep the original wiring philosophy. I didn't want to do that, I modernized and two current wiring philosophy using the Littelfuse FLEC (Flexible Electrical Center). It’s an OEM-grade, IP67-rated sealed Power Distribution Module (PDM) that houses MINI fuses and integrated relays. You can grab one on eBay for around $150.
The trade-off compared to a universal harness like Speedway's is labor and tooling: you have to buy a specialty crimper (~$50), source your own wire and terminals, and build the harness from scratch.
How I wired it:
I cut the factory harness about 12" from the firewall bulkhead connector and routed that all directly to the FLEC, then spliced in new wiring from the firewall bulkhead connector pigtail over to the FLEC PDM mounted on the inner fenderwell.
All heavy amperage loads now run through relays inside the PDM rather than passing directly through the cab switches. The benefit is the stock setups route full current through aging switches (like the headlight or blower motor switch), causing voltage drops, heat buildup, and melted plastic. With the FLEC, switches only trigger low-current relay signals. Components like the headlights and fuel pump now receive full system voltage, and switches no longer burn out. The result is no extra or unused wires hanging around, and the signal wires running into the cab can be a much smaller gauge.
I designed the entire system and generated printable schematics using WireViz, so any future owner will have a complete, accurate wiring diagram.

Yep that fixed it. So here is a picture of the Littlefuse FLEC PDU being mounted on the passenger side fender well just in front of the battery, before any of the fuses or relays have been installed and before the wiring harnesses plugs have been plugged in. Each plug controls a different subsystem, for instance, the lighting system has one plug, the alternator and charging system is on a separate plug, etc. (A keen eye will notice that there is a ground block mounted on top of the fender rail, that was only placed there during the mock-up wiring and is no longer there.)

FYI: When you upload an image there's a little button at the top left of the image that says Insert... and if you tap that it gives you the option to attach it as a thumbnail or full image. I don't know why they don't just automatically post as full image.
