Im sorry if this sounds mean and is a thread jack but I laugh whenever a thread of someones says its so had to pass emissions, in WI I dont have to take my 92 in, thank god, but those guys in Cali and othe rplaces wher you still have to put em thru emissions, I feel bad for you...good luck

Alot depends on where you're at in whichever state you're in. Here in Milwaukee, we do have to test emissions. But when I lived in the north central part of WI, there was no such nonsense. When I lived in Columbus OH, a city bigger than Milwaukee, they didn't do that crap down there.

Just because you don't have to do emissions testing, doesn't mean that it's like that in all parts of your state. Many big cities have it, no matter what the rest of the state does. It sucks, but what can you do...

Just get a cheap universal one from Jegs or Summit racing and take in your cat and a muffler shop can graft your flange onto the new cat. or leave it off and it'll sound like a honda ricer
