I have a 2001 ford ranger 2.5L with numerous codes showing, i believe i fixed two of them by changing the O2 sensors and replacing the fuse for them. The other codes that I am seeing are P1409 and P1451. What can I do to fix these? Would it be easier to just replace the parts causing the error? If so what parts are these? Thank you

For P1451 Your canister vent solenoid may be bad. The resistance should be 48-65 ohms.

how long does it normally take for a code to clear the computer once it has been logged into the system and the problem as been addressed, i was told today that it is normally about 60 miles of driving for the computer to see that the issue was resolved, even though i disconnected the battery to hard reset the computer it still shows in the OBDII when i have it read (for the O2 sensors)

Ford doesn't actually have a way to clear the codes without a scan tool.
