This question is mainly intended for those of you who are/were Ford mechanics and have been inside the 4.0L SOHC in both Rangers and Mustangs. I have a 2009 Ranger with, of course, the 4.0L. I know there are a few, small differences between the valve trains of what Ford puts in the Mustang and the Ranger. I want to change those parts in my Ranger to what is used in the Mustang. I am lead to believe they are more of the rockers, and possible the lifters also. Specifically, what are those parts (I am assuming the camshafts are identical.)? If you are not a Ford tech, but have been in a late model of either vehicle, I would also like to hear from you. Thanks guys.
