How do you change out the License plate bulbs on a 2001 Ranger XLT?

They are both blown

Reach behind and turn the lamp socket ¼ turn, and remove it from the lamp housing. Pull bulb straight out, insert new bulb the same way (#194 IIRC), and reinstall lamp socket.
