Once again, TRS has a reserved parking area and tent at the Truck Nationals in Carlisle, PA on August 2-4.
At registration you want to select Non-Judged Show Field for $55 and in the drop-down for clubs select The Ranger Station.
There is a discount if you register by mid June.
Lots of hotels nearby. The closest campground is the Deer Run Campground about 9 miles straight down the road. Perfectly fine campground, a number of us stayed there last year.
Camping at the Fairgrounds is not available for the Truck Nationals.

Potential to meet TRS staff members Johnny O, sgtsandman, snoman, and ericbphoto in person.

If the Truck Nationals is not a good date for you, there is also the Ford Nationals on May 31-June 2.

Ford Nationals costs a little more, there is also an early registration discount until I think mid April.
There is camping available at the Fairgrounds at extra cost you add at registration. The camping area is a few blocks down the street. There is a bath house at the car wash area in the Fairgrounds.
At the Ford Nationals there are separate classes for pre-2012 Rangers, 2019-up Rangers, and Bronco II's.
TRS does not have a separate parking area at the Ford Nationals.

I go to both events. It's a good time.
Post here or PM me with any questions.

Truck Nationals is for sure. Unknown about Ford Nationals. I'll give it a stab but that is awful close to a unit inspection. I might get denied leave for that one.

I'm gonna try and make this event this year. I usually go every year but since my dad's health has went down hill I haven't made it the past 2. I don't think I have any conflicting schedule for those dates as of now so I should be good to go. Would be cool to have a TRS area setup at the show. If anyone wants to join up and go just let me know. I've heard they added an offroad feature last year as well.

Just keeping it top of mind.
If you want to send me some stickers before the Ford Nationals I can hand them out to all the Rangers there.

You misspelled Snickers.

I'm registered for the Ford Nationals. There are two Ranger classes, 2012-earlier and 2019-up. Separate classes for BII's and Explorers. The Ford Nationals does have camping at the Fairgrounds at reasonable cost, $65 for the weekend, with the early registration discount it was $129 with camping.
Fairgrounds camping does not have electric or water but there are porta johns. Bathhouse is at the showfield.
Last year for the Truck Nationals we found the Deer Run Campground a few miles down the road. There are hotels nearby also.
TRS does not have a club area at the Ford Nationals, only at the Truck Nationals.

Because of unit operational needs, I can't do Ford. I'm still trying to get time off for Truck but because of the budget shenanigans going on in CONgress, I can't make arrangements past whatever continuing resolution or short term budget has been passed. And if the government does shut down, guess who gets to go to work with no pay until something is passed again.

Are you going to the Truck Nationals?

Are you going to the Truck Nationals?
Yes. I'll get registered in a couple weeks. Ford is sooner and costs more so I wanted to get it out of the way.
I was thinking if you want to mail me some stickers I can hand them out to the Ranger owners at Ford.
I can make up some flyers to leave with instructions on how to register for Truck.

Shoving off for the Ford Nationals this morning. See yaz tomorrow and Saturday.
Don't forget to register for the Truck Nationals in August.

Should I wash mine now? Or should I wait a couple weeks. I don’t want to overdo it…

They have wash bays when you get there.
