Carb question

Ahh, don have it. I guess i should have read he was using the feedback carb

I replaced the feedback carb with an older 2150 non-feedback carb.
It runs so much better and smoother now.

I have a 2100 off of a 64 mustang so i think mine is built a bit different than the 2150. I wish i could get mine to run smoother. Mine sounds like a baby diesel.

They are real sensitive to vacuum leaks are you using manifold vacuum or ported from the carb for the advance. You want about 20 degrees at an idle advance on manifold and turn the idle air screws at least three turns at first then adjust it for the highest vacuum/rpm you can get with the idle air screws. Valve guide seals help alot also.
