I'm not sure what's going on. The 204.14.94.44 address is the correct one. I'd be inclined to reboot your router at this point, but it's interesting that the problem appears when you are at work as well. ISP issue?

I'm stumped... I tried pinging other sites and all of them timed out (google.com and others) I have frontier DSL here, and the shop I work at also uses frontier DSL.... It might be them, I'v had nothing but headaches from them for almost 20 years...

I'll take my laptop to my Bro-in-laws house and try it, he has a real internet provider, fiber-optic and all...

I'll reboot my modem, I usally end up doing that a cpl time a week anyway.

Update; I just reloaded Win 10 home on a laptop someone gave me (an older one, upgraded from Win 7) using it I can connect to TRS using Win Edge browser and Firefox.
Still can't connect with my wife's Win XP pro laptop, my XP pro laptop or my Linux laptop, Firefox or chrome.

If memory serves XP SP3 is not supported by the newer versions of Firefox.

Version 52 was the last browser to support SP3, the current version (62) is Quantum (it supports nothing before Win7). Your issue may be trying to use a too old browser that is not being accepted. I recently ran into issues where my browser useragent (PaleMoon 27) was being rejected by the site seeing it was an old agent that is not current.

Or Chrome, or Win Explorer. I hardly use my old XP Toughbook for anything but programing old Motorola radios (Ham use) and ForScan, it has a serial port and boots to DOS with no trouble.. Even with its outdated browsers it still connects to everything else Iv tried, has a little trouble with Flash on some sites, youtube etc., and at the very least will scold me for not updating...
My Ubuntu 14 (with Gnome desktop) laptop says it has the latest Vs of Firefox and Chrome installed, everything I have that doesn't run Win 10 gives me this error message;
