Can you tell if my truck is an xl or xlt?

I am trying to sell my 2000 ranger and I cant tell if it is an xl or xlt. I have been on the internet today for about an hour trying to figure it out and I haven't been able to. Does anyone here know? Thanks in advance for any replies

Seeing that you have painted bumpers... I would say you have an XL. But that is just a guess as there are XLTs out there with painted bumpers. Another thing to look at is the inside door panels. XLTs have pockets in the bottom and are a little more "nice". XLs are a bit more Spartan. Also XLTs are usually badged on the fender as such

I'd guess XL. I have a stripped down XLT but it still has a chrome grill and bumpers.

I believe there is a XLT badge under the Ranger badge on the fender, don't recall ever seeing a XL under the Ranger badge ... course that doesn't mean anything in todays world.

my 2000 has XLT under the Ranger emblems on the front fenders, door pockets too.

is yours Rwd or 4wd?

That is how I know my 97 Ranger is an XLT. I am pretty sure that most of the Gen 3 and newer had that badging on the XLT trucks.
