Can anyone tell me what this part is??

I know what that is.

It's metal.

it looks like a Cummins EGR valve. I couldn't tell you from what model of engine. The motor and plug on it look a lot like the one used on an ISX.

I know this is on older thread, but I finally got the part number to come up via Google. And well, shane83 was the winner. It was indeed an EGR valve for a Cummins ISX motor. Like I said in my first post, I picked this up for 5 or 6 bucks, and sold it last weekend for $300 on Ebay.

It's part of a turbo assembly. The cast iron part gets attached to the main body of the turbo. The aluminum part has something to do with the system, but I am not exactly sure what. Looks like a part of a car turbo, not a big truck.

Its an 88 mph Flux Capaciter engagement switch. The plug requires 1.21 gigawatts to activate it... no lie man.

Ha! What the flux you talking about...that's a 3.3 gigawatt...at least...maybe more depending on weather conditions and the state of the onion...er, union...

Why yes, yes I did. I was skimming through the posts, and must have missed that one. Good return on your investment.

For Sure, it's a Dodge Part, Only Dodge wold make something with no cross reference, or information out on the web about it...... (J/K)

Not a dodge cummins part. The ISX is a real truck engine found in freightliners, peterbuilts, kenworths, etc...
