2.3L ('83-'97) Cam shaft sensor timing

Hey putting back my 2.3 how do I time the cam shaft speed sensor where the distributor would go

You have a sensor there? You must have a California model, unfortunately that isn't common, I've never seen one, my '90 just had a dummy there to drive the oil pump without a sensor on top... If you could take a picture of the drive with the sensor off the top someone might have an idea as it's likely a similar setup to other Ford cam sensors...
